Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information OmniTech, LLC (“OmniTech”, “we”, “us”) collects through myomnitech.com, our email and our social media pages, and how we use it. OmniTech is located at 1819 24th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us when you call, email us, or book a meeting.
- Meeting bookings. Our “book a call” links use Microsoft Bookings. The details you enter there are handled by Microsoft under its own privacy terms and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Website data. Like most websites, our server records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use it to keep the site running and secure, including blocking attacks.
- Cookies. The site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Business contact information. We may email businesses using contact details they publish on their own websites, to introduce our services.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, provide quotes and deliver the services you ask for.
- To schedule and hold meetings.
- To send occasional business emails about our services. Every email includes a way to opt out.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run our business (for example Microsoft for email and scheduling, and our website host), and only as needed to provide that service, or when required by law.
Email and opting out
If you do not want to receive emails from us, reply to any email with “unsubscribe” or email rnecaise@myomnitech.com, and we will stop. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and permanently.
Social media
We publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google. If you interact with us there, those platforms’ own privacy policies apply to the information they collect. We only see what the platforms make available to page owners, such as comments and messages you send us.
Keeping information safe
We protect information with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and two-factor sign-in on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to any problem.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and business records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, or as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Children
OmniSupport and OmniTalk serve businesses. OmniSecure provides alarm and camera systems for businesses and homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
